Smoke on the Water

I didn't sleep too much the other night. I stayed up to watch game 2 Yankees/Angels go past the 5 hour mark. So I don't remember much about my dreams. But I do remember one, that I had over and over again. Like a recurring dream that kept starting over. The main element of the dream, showers, is also something I've dreamed of before.

The entire dream was me going to take a shower. And as soon as I was done, it would start over again. I also never took the shower in my own place. I would walk across the hall and use my neighbor's shower. And her shower was in the middle of the apartment, so I would always shower with my clothes on.

To dream that you are taking a shower in clear, fresh water, symbolizes spiritual or physical renewal and forgiveness. You are washing the burdens out of your life.

To dream that you (or someone) is showering with their clothes on suggests that even though you (or someone) may change your outer appearances, it does not change who you are on the inside. Alternatively, your dream may indicate that you are unwilling to let your guard down. You are still keeping up a protective barrier between you and others.
